Delivery Times

Standard Shipping via Local Couriers

  • Sweden: 1-3 business days.
  • Europe: 3-7 business days.
  • North America: 5-9 business days.
  • Other Regions: 5-9 business days.

Express Shipping via UPS

  • UPS Express: 2-4 business days.

UPS Express Shipping is temporarily unavailable for US orders.

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays, before being shipped. The delivery times above do not include this 1-3 business day processing time, weekends, or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. However, it may take 24 hours for the status to update after it’s shipped.

There may also be circumstances beyond the control of Bright Swimwear that may cause delays to your delivery.

 

Shipping Costs

We offer free Standard Shipping for orders that reach $80 USD and free UPS Express Shipping for orders that reach $100 USD - or their equivalents in other currencies - after discounts!

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, and shipping costs will vary based on your location and its available couriers. You can check the total cost, including potential duties and taxes, upon inputting your shipping address at checkout.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer's responsibility, and if you haven't paid these upon checkout, they may be collected from you by the courier upon delivery. Kindly note that Bright Swimwear will not refund these fees. 

Please remember that these charges are not the same as shipping fees, and are not paid to Bright Swimwear. Customs policies vary per country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more specific information.

Due to recent changes to US import policies, all US orders will be subject to new customs duties and import tariffs.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If there’s an issue with your address, our team may reach out via email to confirm the details. However, Bright Swimwear is not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
