Exchange:

Bright Swimwear offers a one of a kind free exchange policy where we at Bright pride our self with the Brightest bikinis on earth, which we, of course, want to fit perfectly on you hence our one of a kind free exchange policy for swimwear.

- Limited to one exchange per customer.

You can currently only change the sizing your bikini.

Proceed by:

  • Send an email to hello@brightswimwear.com and mark it as “exchange”
  • Include your order number & which size you would like to change to.
  • You will then receive further instructions and a RAN (Return Authorization Number)

Returns:

Contact us within 1 week of the posted delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags on. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days upon receiving your package in the mail. Returns will be refunded as store credit.

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Please note that we cannot accept refunds on our swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Please note that items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for store credit only.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new swimwear, therefore, we’ll gladly accept an exchange or return of any item subject to the conditions below.

 

Conditions:

- The item must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

- Must not be marked as a Last Chance/Sale item on our website. Sale items can only be returned in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

- Must not have any dirty marks, makeup or fake tan marks

- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder

- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.

- Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.

- Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.
